Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

At SHUKR, we want to make your exchange or return as easy as possible.

Returned items must be mailed back to SHUKR Amman within 30 days of purchase date in order to receive a full refund.

There is a charge of USD $6.95 per order for return shipping.

Please note that we no-longer accept returns mailed to the St. Louis address.


Conditions for Returns:
  1. Item is not worn outside of the house
  2. Item is in its original new condition
  3. Item is not washed
  4. Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
  5. Item is mailed back to SHUKR within 30 days from the date of purchase.


  6. If an item purchased through a promotion is returned for a refund causing the amount of the original order to fall below the eligible amount in order for the discount to be applied, the discount will be adjusted accordingly in the refund. This does not apply to returns processed with store credit. In the event that the returned item value is less than the reclaimed discount, we are only able to accept exchanges, but not returns.

    If your return does not meet the above criteria please submit a ticket using the “Returns & Exchanges” option. Tell us which of the conditions that have not been met and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option to not refund the item.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package. However, our customers usually receive their refunds more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes for your package to reach us once shipped (from 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our request for a refund (5 to 10 business days). You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have received and processed the return.

    Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
RefundsShould you prefer to receive a refund, we will happily comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria listed above.
Store CreditsIf you want to make an even exchange for size or color, you can opt for our store credit voucher. Other benefits include:

  • Your price is guaranteed.

    In the event your purchase was made during a sale, or the price increases after a restock, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item (for even exchanges only) for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase.


  • SHUKR store credit vouchers do not expire.

    Our store credit vouchers do not have an expiration date and therefore do not expire. You can hold them indefinitely and use them at your own convenience.


  • You can use them with other offers.

    Your store credit voucher is the same as cash. You can use the vouchers in conjunction with our other special offers and discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.

Once you decide which option is best for your needs, please contact us and let us know. We will then promptly process your return once the verifiable tracking number is received. Refunds, however, are processed once your return has been received and processed by our distribution department.
ExchangesTo exchange an item you purchased, simply complete the returns process. After submitting the returns application, you will receive a store credit by email which you can then use as payment for any item you select from the online store.
