Automated Exchange & Return Process

At SHUKR, we want to make your exchange or return as easy as possible.

Conditions for Return:

Please note that according to our return's policy, unwanted items need to be mailed within 20 days of your order date. Also, the items must meet the following criteria:

1. Item is not worn outside of the house
2. Item is in its original new condition
3. Item is not washed
4. Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, please contact us at AfterSales@ShukrClothing.com informing us of the conditions which are not met and we will suggest a suitable alternative.

If your item(s) meet the above conditions please complete our 3-Step Process for Returns and Exchanges below:

Step 1. Complete the Returns Form:

By completing the Unwanted Items Form, we are able to collect all the necessary information needed to process your return or exchange in one easy step. Please click the link below to access the returns form.

Step 2. Ship us the item(s) being exchanged or returned:

Please ship all unwanted item(s) via UPS, FEDEX ground, US Post Priority Mail, or DHL accompanied by a tracking number.

Step 3. Send us the tracking number:

Log on to the shipping confirmation form and provide us with your tracking number.

After receiving your tracking number, we will then issue you with a store credit within 2-3 business days!
